WELCOME
I offer weekly psychotherapy and counselling sessions both in-person and online. I see clients in one of two comfortable and private rooms in London W1G (Wimpole Street) and EC1V (Bartholomew Square), allowing you to decide which is more convenient.
Therapy is a collaborative process, and whatever the reason you may be seeking support, I offer a warm, non-judgemental environment where you can talk openly about the challenges that matter most.
If you’re considering therapy, I offer new clients a free introductory session. This is a chance for us to meet, discuss your needs, and see if working together feels right.
The site gives more details about my therapeutic approach and how therapy might work for you. However, THE ESSENTIALS column below provides the information you need at a glance.
